Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Urban Money located in Roorkee. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, advising on loan options, conducting financial assessments, and assisting clients throughout the loan process. The Salesperson will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of loan products and financial services Ability to understand and analyze financial statements Proven track record of meeting sales targets Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships Ability to work independently and collaboratively Prior experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
