Life Saving Rules.3. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Deputy Manager HSE is responsible for implementing the organization's HSE policy,
managing manpower metrics, providing HSE training, conducting inspections, ensuring
compliance, conducting risk assessments, preparing SOPs, implementing permit-to-work
systems, promoting sustainability, overseeing emergency response plans, conducting mock
drills, and awareness campaigns to achieve the Organisation objective of zero injury.
4. COMMUNICATION
The post holder will be in contact with :Internally ExternallyConstruction Team (Installation, Civil and
BOP)All Vendor and Contractor (HSE
requirement in their area of operation)Admin Team (Coordination for meeting of
all applicable legal requirement e.g. Vehicle
safety, Office safety)
Project Team (Onboarding of new vendor
and their safety compliances verification)
Security Team (Emergency preparedness
level of team)Land Team (Compliances of local habibtat
and related clearance while finalizing WTG
location)5. PROFILE
Qualification BTech/MTech/Diploma – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.& HSE diploma/Certifications
Experience 7 to 10 years of experience
KSAsKnowledge –
Understanding of Indian/Iso Standards.
ICT Skills –
MS Office
Other Skills –
Good communication skills
Abilities –
Proactive approach and Decision-Making skillsLanguage English, Hindi Proficiency
