Job Description:Practice Leader - Business Analysis & Execution AdvisoryIn an AI-driven enterprise landscape, Business Analysis must evolve beyond documentation into a strategic execution intelligence capability. This role will redefine BA as a value engine combining process visibility, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled analysis to drive predictable, scalable transformation outcomes.We are seeking a senior leader to build and scale our Business Analysis practice within our Process Intelligence and Technology ecosystem. This leader will institutionalize BA as a revenue-generating, credibility-enhancing capability that strengthens solution clarity, delivery predictability, and AI transformation readiness.Key Mandate

Build and scale a differentiated, market-facing BA practice
Convert BA from support function to strategic revenue capability
Integrate BA with Process Intelligence and AI transformation initiatives
Improve large-deal win rates through stronger solution architecture
Establish enterprise-grade governance, standards, and IP

Core ResponsibilitiesPractice Strategy & Offerings

Define service portfolio (Advisory, CoE Setup, Managed BA, Domain Pods)
Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and industry playbooks
Establish AI-enabled and PI-backed discovery methodology

Revenue & Growth

Drive BA-led pipeline and pursuit strategy
Shape RFP responses and large transformation deals
Create advisory-led revenue streams (CoE design, maturity uplift, governance)

AI-Era Differentiation

Embed AI-assisted requirement engineering
Integrate Process Intelligence into business discovery
Position BA as foundational to enterprise AI deployment

Capability & Delivery Excellence

Set standards, metrics, and quality benchmarks
Ensure traceability from business intent to technology build
Reduce requirement leakage and rework
Build and mentor a strong leadership bench

Ideal Profile

15+ years in enterprise Business Analysis leadership
Built or led a BA CoE in a large enterprise or consulting firm
Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services preferred)
Strong Agile/SAFe at-scale exposure
Experience in AI/automation-led transformation
Exposure to Process Mining / operational analytics preferred
