If you are energized by the impact you can make at Tala, we'd love to hear from you!The RoleThis person not only operates Snowflake securely and efficiently but also collaborates actively with peers, enabling productivity while ensuring data handling adheres to privacy policies and governance standards.What You'll Do

Design and maintain RBAC architecture across environments
Automate role provisioning and audits (Terraform, custom scripts)
Configure warehouse sizing, auto-suspend/resume, multi-cluster
Set up and monitor resource monitors to control runaway costs
Apply and enforce PII tagging and masking policies
Track access patterns using ACCESS_HISTORY and OBJECT_DEPENDENCIES

What You'll Need

Previous experience in a software company or a platform team
3+ years experience working with Snowflake
Plus: Python | DBT | Airflow knowledge
