The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes using Talend to support data integration, data quality, and business intelligence initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Talend (Open Studio / Talend Data Integration / Talend Cloud).Extract data from various source systems (databases, flat files, APIs, etc.) and load it into data warehouses or data lakes.Optimize and troubleshoot existing ETL workflows for performance and reliability.Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to understand data requirements and deliver effective data solutions.Implement data validation, cleansing, and transformation logic.Monitor and manage scheduled ETL jobs and resolve data integration issues.Maintain documentation related to ETL processes and data flow diagrams.Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are followed.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of hands-on experience with Talend ETL tools (preferably Talend Data Integration).Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.Familiarity with job orchestration and scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys, Talend Scheduler).Good understanding of API integration (REST/SOAP).Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
