We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and help us engage our audience and grow our brand presence online.Job Overview:As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and digital team to promote our brand on various social media platforms with original campaigns and engaging content.Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and comment plan.- Define most important social media KPIs.- Manage and oversee social media content.- Connect and implement campaigns with content creators and influencers.- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.- Create a strong network of followers.Requirements:- Proven minimum 2+ years work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and other social media best practices.- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.- Good understanding of social media KPIs.- Familiarity with web design and publishing.- Excellent multitasking skills and Canva expertise is a plus.- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.- Great interpersonal and communication skills.- Degree in Marketing or relevant field.Benefits:- Competitive salary range INR 35-45k pm- Flexible working hours.- Work from home option for exceptional candidates.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Be part of a passionate team dedicated to bringing Indian movies closer to fans.
