Education: Any GraduateKey Responsibilities:Plan and execute wooden packaging of machines and components as per engineering and export standards.Inspect packaging quality to ensure damage-free transportation and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely packing and shipments.Monitor packing material stock levels and ensure timely procurement.Supervise packing activities on shop floor and guide junior staff/labor teams.Maintain packing documentation, weight & dimension records, and inspection checklists.Adhere to ISPM-15 / international packaging norms for export consignments.Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies during packing operations.Candidate Profile:Minimum 3–6 years of experience in wooden packaging of industrial or capital equipment.Strong understanding of machine dimensions, weight balancing, and load safety.Familiarity with packing tools, material selection, and carpentry supervision.Knowledge of export documentation and packing lists is preferred.Ability to read basic engineering drawings and interpret packing instructions.Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.Key Skills:Wooden Packaging (Machinery)Packing & Dispatch CoordinationExport Packing Standards (ISPM-15)Packing Supervision & Vendor HandlingMachine Handling & Safety MeasuresPacking Documentation & RecordsTeam Coordination & Planning
