By extending $M into their own stablecoin, businesses can monetize their digital dollar use cases and maintain control over their money tech stack, while not being burdened by operational heavy-lifting.We’re seeking an experienced Move (Sui) Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will architect and develop audit-ready smart contracts in Move for Sui, enhance existing products, maintain comprehensive documentation, participate in code and design reviews to identify optimisations, and collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain secure, audit-ready smart contracts in Move for Sui.Improve and extend existing Sui-based products and protocols.Participate in code and design reviews to ensure security, performance, and code quality.Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality features.Identify and implement optimisations to improve protocol efficiency and scalability.QualificationsExperience designing and developing smart contracts, token designs, and DeFi protocols using Move on Sui.Proven ability to build and optimize secure systems for asset management and yield strategies.Prior senior technical role at an established DeFi project.Familiarity with cross-chain messaging protocols such as Wormhole or Hyperlane (nice to have).Hands-on experience with Solidity and/or Solana (Rust) development (nice to have).Fluent in English.Skills & AttributesProactive problem solver: You have a forward-thinking mindset, actively identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes decisive action to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.Collaborative communicator: You foster relationships with finance experts, blockchain specialists, back-end developers and designers.Team-oriented mindset: You are always ready to help colleagues within and outside your team and seek assistance when neededDelivery-focused: You have a clear understanding of the objectives and goals and direct your efforts towards achieving them.High level of autonomy.Compensation & Package(base salary with equity/ token grant) commensurate with experience
