- Lead cross-functional coordination of designs, pricing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and accurate pre-sales execution.
- Serve as the primary customer advocate during pre-sales engagements, maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations.
- Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep pre-sales requests on track from contract signing to service turn-up.
- Monitor key milestones and timelines, escalating issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
- Analyze data from high-capacity requests to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Strong communication skills to manage interactions across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Effective time management and adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

- 9+ years of experience in project management or pre-sales support, preferably in telecom or IT sectors.
- Deep knowledge of sales, service delivery processes, and related tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Experience with data-driven process improvement initiatives in high-capacity request management.
- Ability to work US shift hours (starting at 18:00 IST).
