Your sales expertise will drive growth and support our vision to lead the industry in connectivity, technology, and community.As a Senior Sales Support Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by supporting the sales team through pre-sales coordination and project management of high-capacity opportunities. Your leadership ensures seamless pre-sales execution, strong stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client experience across AT&T Business Solutions.​What You'll Do:
  • Lead cross-functional coordination of designs, pricing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and accurate pre-sales execution.
  • Serve as the primary customer advocate during pre-sales engagements, maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep pre-sales requests on track from contract signing to service turn-up.
  • Monitor key milestones and timelines, escalating issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
  • Analyze data from high-capacity requests to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
​What You'll Need:
  • Strong communication skills to manage interactions across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Effective time management and adaptability to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to advocate and build trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Leadership skills to facilitate management-level discussions and cascade critical messaging clearly.
  • Collaborative approach to foster teamwork and mentor peers.
​What You'll Bring:
  • 9+ years of experience in project management or pre-sales support, preferably in telecom or IT sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, service delivery processes, and related tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with data-driven process improvement initiatives in high-capacity request management.
  • Ability to work US shift hours (starting at 18:00 IST).
