- Validate the Electrical & Electronics components which are operates in the Electrical environmental such as signal interference, noise disturbances, power capability in a vehicle level, signal measurement, ensure the specification of ECU I/O & functionality
- Parasitic current (Dark Current) in vehicle off condition to verify the Energy leakage from the battery source
- Grounding points validation to verify the grounding strength of each system group to minimize electrical noises
- Signal integrity validation to verify the Signal interference, Noise disturbances, Transient voltages
- Voltage Drop test to verify the power losses due to the conductive mediums such as connectors, terminals, wires, relays in the systems
- Wiring harness validation to verify the wire size, fuse selection, relay size , layout, coverings & fixings in vehicle level.
- Field issues analysis, provide the temporary & permanent countermeasure to the issues
- Electrical Components & Circuits has to been designed, according to the specifications of automotive components & validated in actual vehicles.
- Bench marking activities to analysis the difference in designand cost of the vehicles in same platform.
- Root cause analysis and FTA preparation has to be done for quality concerns & propose a temporary counter measure for concerns & validated multiple proposal for permanent counter measures.
- Collect the reported bugs & analysis the data logs to find issues.
- Hands on experience in automotive wiring harness design and development, Electrical Schematic design & simulation has to be done on tools
- Skilled in manufacturing process of electrical wiring harness, prototype harness making, Harness testing & validation.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technology and deploy in full range of capabilities.
