Reports To: Sales Manager / Team LeadJob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative with at least 6 months of experience in direct or inside sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, or field visits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance the customer journey.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market conditions to management.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluent in Gujrati and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Experience in FMCG.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management and lead conversion strategies.
- Prior experience working with targets and incentive-based compensation.
