- Lead Funnel Management
- Manage the leads funnel from acquisition to conversion, ensuring a seamless process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly nurtured and handed off for follow-up.
- Collaboration with Sales and Top Management
- Work closely with the sales team and top management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Ensure consistent communication and collaboration to drive overall business growth.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of organic growth.
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing team.
- Majority of the experience should be in working with an IT Services organization
- Preferred to have worked on website which has more than 100,000 monthly visitors
- Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies across content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO.
- Proficiency in using analytics and marketing automation tools such as Zoho, Google Analytics, Clarity, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
