- Penetration of client base for creating new investors in MF / investments from existing client base
- Increase in (investments products) productivity of RMs
- Acquisitions (NTB) attributed to presence of IC i.e NTB opened by RMs on the back of investments due to the presence of the IC
- Qualitative
- Client meetings / coverage / joint calls
- Portfolio construction and reviews
- Training & Development.
- In depth domain knowledge of
- Mutual Fund investments in detail, PMS
- Equity Market. Current Economy.
- Distribution / Channel management.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with other people well
- Post graduate, preferably MBA
- CFP will be preferred\
- VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Able to drive people
- Good interpersonal skills
