Location: Bangalore, IndiaRole DescriptionDB Vendor Management (VM) are responsible for maintaining a bank wide end to end VM framework. The TDI - Divisional Vendor Management Office (DVMO) is responsible for implementing key elements of the framework, therefore ensuring the most efficient and effective execution of any sourcing event in full compliance with the groups policies and standards. The TDI-DVMO partners with the business functions maintain a full understanding of business priorities and requirements to lead to the best sourcing outcomes across the Bank. The TDI-DVMO manages the divisional contract and Vendor legal governance and contributes to the required group wide transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.The Role shall be responsible for Central MI across defined stakeholder groups, ensuring automated solutions in reporting & data analytics. The role shall have the responsibilities of ongoing data provider function for critical management decisions. Furthermore, regulatory requirements on reporting require the enhancement of reporting KPIs to Regulators, to Business Leaders. Role requires to deliver data driven performance indicators for all the different areas of TDI-DVMO including Vendor Management, Risk, Business Partners, Strategy and Processes. Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Vendor Management team in data analytics and reporting MI to stakeholder groups within iVMO, in an automated, reliable manner.
  • Ensure to support creation of Dashboard views in Tableau on all metrics pertaining to Vendor Management
  • Manage and utilize the Tableau platform to extract meaningful insights from it, Ability to manage the SharePoint online and power apps data integration for VM data requirements.
  • Supporting to prepare the analytic representation of KPI metrics for all areas of TDI-DVMO
  • Maintenance and development of a number of excel based reporting solutions utilising excel VBA
  • Prepare reports using various visualization and data modelling methods
  • Collecting data from various data sources and normalize it as well as Test and publish dashboards and reports and schedule refresh
Manage the Vendor service relationship on a transactional level.
  • Ensures service relationship data and information is up-to-date and performing Vendor Risk Monitoring responsibilities promptly.
  • Monitoring the service relationship via Governance, KPI reporting and tracking.
  • Close collaboration with Vendor Manager, Procurement and Service Owners.
  • Ability to monitor, manage, develop and drive supplier performance and optimize relationships.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Vendor related audit point or findings.
  • Focus on expediting audit points and findings to successful outcomes and closure.
  • Ensure vendor adheres to bank wide regulatory and compliance requirements and risk frameworks.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Enterprise-level experience in data presentation through various bars/charts/models/dashboards
  • Experience in Excel, PL/SQL, ETL and Tableau platform
  • Technical knowledge of Tableau Products and versions including Tableau Server, Tableau Public, Tableau Online, Tableau Desktop, and so on
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Ms Lists, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate
  • Experience in creating and managing lists, creating flows to automate process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ETL techniques for data warehousing
  • Strong data analysis skills with attention to detail
  • Solid and practical knowledge and experience of Service Delivery Management & Supplier Performance Management.
  • Experience of Contract management & Governance.
  • Experience in change execution.
  • Experienced in working with third parties and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to diagnose improvement areas across processes, tools and systems.
  • Solid understanding of NFRM, SDM and TPM functions is mandatory.
  • Fully conversant with Vendor Service Delivery metrics (SLA/KPIs/KRIs).
  • Experience with Vendor Management, Procurement and Resource Management datasets highly desirable
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Ability to network and influence others without direct oversight and supervision
  • Flexibility essential to deal with new requirements and re-prioritisation of current requirements
  • Flexibility around working hours preferred
