Manager - NPD

• Handle operations of compounding plants with cost effective formulation.
• Carry out trials and establish new Rubber /Ebeam compound grades as and when required.
• Handle in process testing of compound at compounding plant.
• Support manufacturing team on new product/material development activities on shopfloor.
• Co-ordination between manufacturing & quality team for timely execution of projects.
• Technical support to Design & Technical team on compound related queries.
• Attending audits, inspections for Rubber & Ebeam compounding plant.
• Visit RM vendors for development of cost-effective raw materials.

• Experience in compounding plants preferably in cable industry
• Hands on experience for cable polymer formulations.
• Good knowledge of Rubber & Ebeam compounding process.

• Clear and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment & should be able to independently handle projects.
