Key Responsibilities:1. CRM Management & Data Handling- Maintain, update, and clean customer records in the CRM.- Ensure accurate pipeline tracking and daily follow-ups for leads and payments2. Client Engagement & Communication- Manage welcome calls/emails, handover coordination, and onboarding processes - Provide timely updates on project progress, agreements, payments, and legal formalities- Act as primary contact for client queries, complaints, and escalations post-sale 3. Financial & Legal Coordination- Follow up on payments, stamp duty and documentation, loan disbursement - Coordinate agreement execution (e.g. sale deeds, RERA) and hand-over processes4.
