- Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and workplace disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Support investigations related to harassment, discrimination, performance issues, and policy violations; document findings and assist in resolution.
- Ensure employee relations practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
- Partner with HR, legal, compliance, and management teams to ensure consistency and fairness in handling employee issues.
- Help facilitate performance management and corrective action processes.
- Participate in training sessions related to workplace conduct, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
- Monitor trends in employee feedback and help drive initiatives to enhance engagement and retention.
- Contribute to HR policy updates and communicate them effectively to staff.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 12 years of HR or employee relations experience, preferably within a U.S.-based organization.
- Working knowledge of U.S. labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and empathy.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
