As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth functioning of airport operations and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Checking passengers' tickets and passports and ensuring they are valid - Assisting with the boarding process and ensuring all passengers are seated and ready for takeoff - Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto the aircraft - Conducting safety and security checks of the aircraft before and after each flight - Assisting passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals - Collaborating with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure smooth operations - Maintaining a clean and organized work area and following all safety protocols - Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations and safety standards. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Basic computer skills - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
