- Manage client interactions and communications effectively.
- Handle mutual fund account openings, KYC processes, and other related documentation.
- Coordinate with mutual fund companies, insurance providers, and financial partners regarding ongoing investments.
- Track internal documents, maintain data records, and follow up with respective parties.
- Manage basic social media platforms for brand awareness and client engagement.
- Assist clients with their investments, renewals, and financial queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial partners.
- Occasionally visit clients and partners as required.
- Basic understanding of Investments, Financial Planning, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
- Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic social media management.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities.
- Prior experience in financial services will be an advantage.
