Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client interactions and communications effectively.
  • Handle mutual fund account openings, KYC processes, and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with mutual fund companies, insurance providers, and financial partners regarding ongoing investments.
  • Track internal documents, maintain data records, and follow up with respective parties.
  • Manage basic social media platforms for brand awareness and client engagement.
  • Assist clients with their investments, renewals, and financial queries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and financial partners.
  • Occasionally visit clients and partners as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of Investments, Financial Planning, Mutual Funds, and Insurance.
  • Knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with basic social media management.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities.
  • Prior experience in financial services will be an advantage.
