- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment of material.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with Company storage and handling standards.
- Implement proper storage conditions for various materials.
- Monitor temperature and humidity controls in storage areas
- Enforce safety measures for the handling of sensitive material\.
- Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to store operations.
- Supervise and lead the store team, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular training sessions for store staff on safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure effective communication within the store team and other relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and movements in the store.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- SAP knowledge is must.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical store management.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software.
