The position will be responsible for implementing an overall organizational data strategy in line with the business processes.-Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems.-Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.-Managing end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution.- Planning and execution of big data solutions using technologies such as Hadoop. Manage the complete life-cycle of a Hadoop Solution.- Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals, objectives, and requirements.- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, dependencies, and milestonesWorking directly with the c level excutives|Accountability to define the entire data architecture strategy for the company- Mandatory 15+ years of IT program delivery experience, focusing on core ITES/architecture domains, and demonstrated leadership in data and analytics delivery for sizable organizations with significant impact.- A blend of analytical, conceptual, and intuitive thinking, leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.- Strong in technology and architecture areas, having done system software design at some point in the carrier.- Strong Data Architect skills with good understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices- Analytical and problem-solving skills applicable to Big Data domain. Hands on experience in Pyspark, Phyton, SQL, HDFS/S3 and with NOSQL database (Mongo DB, Solr, ELK stack and Cassandra etc.)- Architected data solutions on premise, cloud and multi-cloud environments.- Worked extensively on Data Security, Data Privacy and Data Governance- Implementation experience in Data Quality, MDM, Data Catalogues and Lineage.Technical skills- Data scheduling · Data engineering · Process automation · Data Processing · Real Time Data Streaming · Platform Architecture · Software engineering and solution skill- Pyspark, Phyton, SQL, HDFS/S3 and with NOSQL database · ERP/CRM/MFG/PLM data models and Solution design · Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/Google/Snowflakes · Data Security, Privacy and governance- Leading Automotive legacy client- Defining the entire Data Architecture for the organization- Be part of a legacy group
