The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information, supporting decision-making, and driving financial performance within an organization. Responsibilities Day to day accounting of all business transactions with co-ordinaion with business process owners Ensuring compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations. Reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues. Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, tax, and audit, to support financial reporting and analysis requirements. Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. Participating in the budgeting and forecasting processes and providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Continuously seeking opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the general ledger function. Audit and external reporting, Tax and RDD tax workings and VAT submissions. Qualifications Atleast 5-6 yrs working with medical industry / manufacturing Well versed with IFRS and preferably US GAAP Worked in a proper ERP environment preferably MS Dynamics, or other ERP platforms (Not Tally)
