The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of baristas, servers, and other cafe staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.2. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and becomes a loyal customer.3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure efficient operations and cost control.4. Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and stay competitive.5. Financial Management: Manage cafe finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.7. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and attract new customers.8.
