- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize CI/CD processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform etc.
- Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Ensure consistent and reliable configuration across development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement and manage configuration management tools like TeamCity etc.
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance and application health.
- Analyze monitoring data to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage costs.
- Implement security best practices across DevOps processes and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Develop custom tools and scripts to optimize workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, often under tight time constraints.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management processes.
- Document DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., TeamCity, GitLab CI/CD etc.).
- Proficiency in IaC tools (e.g., Terraform etc.).
- Experience with configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
