Vendor Management:- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.2. Purchase Planning:- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet production requirements.- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with various departments to forecast future demands.3. Cost Negotiation:- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.- Analyze and compare supplier proposals to make informed purchasing decisions.4. Quality Assurance:- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that purchased products meet the required standards.- Conduct regular supplier audits to assess performance and compliance.5. Documentation:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.6.
