- Design and develop pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other static equipment in accordance with ASME Section VIII.
- Prepare mechanical design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Work closely with process engineers, fabricators, and QA/QC teams to ensure design compliance and manufacturability.
- Interpret and apply international design codes and standards (ASME, TEMA, API).
- Review client specifications and ensure deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
- Support procurement with technical details for material selection and vendor evaluation.
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and risk assessments.
- Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support during manufacturing and inspection stages.
- Hands-on experience in the design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and tanks.
- Proficiency in design software such as PV Elite, Compress, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
- Understanding of fabrication processes and welding practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
