If you bring strong business or technical expertise and want to do meaningful work alongside people who are equally passionate about getting it right, we think you'll feel right at home here.This role requires a balance of client relationship management, operational oversight, and strategic thinking to ensure services are delivered efficiently and aligned with evolving client business needs.Key responsibilitiesThe Consultant will be part of the Support team and will provide functional and technical support across multiple Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications, including EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, EPMCS, ARCS, and TRCS.Work independently to manage, resolve, and close support tickets within defined SLA timelines.Lead EPM support delivery for assigned clients, conduct regular status meetings, and provide timely updates on ticket progress and resolutions.Perform monthly release validation testing, evaluate new product features, and maintain relevant documentation.Maintain and support Oracle EPM applications in alignment with business processes, governance standards, and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to data loads, calculations, integrations, and reporting.Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams to resolve complex system issues.Interface with Oracle Support for critical incident management and remain updated on product enhancements and patches.Gather and analyze business requirements to support solution enhancements and ongoing delivery.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development of internal processes, accelerators, and organizational intellectual property.Actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and conduct training sessions for team members.Provide support coverage during assigned shift hours (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST)Required Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Business, Technology, or a related field.10+ years of overall experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).Minimum 4+ years of hands-on implementation or application support experience in Oracle EPM Cloud.Experience supporting EPM applications, with strong expertise in EPBCS and/or FCCS and working knowledge of other EPM modules.Minimum of two end-to-end EPM implementations or 4+ years of dedicated production support experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand financial, business, and technical concepts quickly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within global onshore/offshore teams.Willingness to work night shift support (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST) and rotational EST time zone coverage.Alignment with Peloton's core values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service mindset, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.Additional Desired SkillsExperience across multiple Oracle EPM Cloud applications.Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.Working knowledge of Smart View and scripting (PowerShell).Experience building and troubleshooting business rules, calculation scripts, and Groovy rules.Compensation:Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles.
