- Customer Development Executive is responsible for client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling and Compliant Management related to the commercial clients.
- The Incumbent works as part of a multi-functional team. This involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- Focus on client retention, renewals & price increase & up-selling
- Compliant Management- To identify & resolve customer complaints within the specific timelines
- Alert Account Management- To identify the alert customer & bring the possibility of the revival of the accounts
- To provide recommendations & suggestions to the branch for the improvement
- Conduct regular reviews & terminate the non-revival accounts
- SPOC for Branch Renewals
- Total concentration on Renewal business only
- Sole Responsible
- On-time CCM/SQS/SQA
- Timely Terminations
- Coordination between Customers & Operations
- Increase in Branch New Sales as Branch CSEs can focus only on New sales
- Reduction in Outstanding

- OCC entry from the Renewal portal
