The person will function as Key User & shall own Fulfilment+, digital initiatives, Facilitating functional learning for FO in line with the Schindler business objectives.Key responsibilities include:Implementation of
- Fulfilment++ process, all digital tools deployment initiatives & audit of all branches as & when needed.
- Functional learning (Tiered training program for supervisors) & training/certification of FO
- SPOC for all internal external audits & compliances on NIFF (example - Fulfilment+, TCSA, ISO, Process audits etc)
- Process, digitalisation mindset. Ability to handle “Process” end to end - conceptualise, understand, improvise, write new one
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills. Good in vernacular communication
- Ability to build relations with multiple stakeholders at all levels and to build support.
- Position based in HO, Mumbai.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience. Elevator installation know how will be first preference.
- SAP project management module knowledge
- Experience in driving process deployment, digital tools deployment, problem solving
