We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence1. Policy and Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and implementing state sports policies, talent identification programs, and athlete development pathways.
2. Talent Identification and Athlete Development: Design programs for scouting and nurturing young sporting talent in Meghalaya.
3. Sports Promotion and Events Management: Organize and oversee international/national/state level tournaments, leagues, and other promotional events in the state which includes games planning, project management support, venue selection, operations, budget planning etc.
4. Research and Performance Analysis: Assist in conducting research on sports trends, athlete performance, and global best practices for sports development.
5. Procurement: Assist in management of end-to-end bidding/tendering processes as per the GFRs and State Procurement Rules including preparation of scope of work, work orders, document scrutiny etc.Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must have
QualificationGraduation or Postgraduation in Management or a related field.Experience1. Minimum 3- 8 years of experience in sports consultancy, policy formulation, sports event management.
2. Strong understanding of Indian and international sports ecosystems.
3. Knowledge of sports infrastructure planning, athlete development, and event management.
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
5.
