- Adept at using travel booking systems and software
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Assist clients with their travel plans, including flight, hotel, and transportation bookings
- Provide recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and activities
- Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budget
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as necessary
- Stay updated on the latest tourism trends, travel restrictions, and visa requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or complaints
- Stay informed about current promotions, discounts, and special deals offered by travel suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of clients' travel preferences and contact information
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience and achieve sales targets
