If you're passionate about law and want to be part of a company that is redefining real estate, this is your opportunity.Role:- Engage personally and promptly with inbound leads-help customers feel welcome, understood, and excited.- Understand customer profiles, their lifestyle needs, intent, and timeline to tailor their experience.- Educate & inspire by showcasing our homes, projects, and philosophy in a way that builds connection and trust.- Nurture your pipeline-convert leads into visits and visits into successful closures.- Close deals through detailed follow-ups, effective negotiation, and high-touch customer service.- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in the ERP and sales MIS.- Stay updated on projects, pricing, competition, and market trends.- Consistently deliver a world-class buying experience.What We Look For:- 2+ years of sales experience in high-end industries, including luxury real estate, premium automotive, private banking/wealth management, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.- Proven ability to engage with HNIs and UHNWIs, understanding their preferences and lifestyle expectations.- Strong track record in high-ticket consultative selling and relationship management.- Excellent communication, grooming, and customer service orientation.- Passion for design, quality, and creating meaningful customer experiences.- Self-driven, articulate, and highly responsive to client needs.Note - We're currently seeking candidates who are based in Bangalore.
