Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of bank transactions.3. Accurately enter financial data into accounting software. Generate and analyze financial reports as needed.4. Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.5. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager/Senior Finance Executive.7. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support.8. Provide support to the finance team on various projects and initiatives.9. Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.10. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.11. Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.
