JR. CIVIL ENGINEER FOR PMGSY PROJECT - KAWARDHA , CHHATTISGARH

• Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities of PMGSY rural roads, ensuring they align with approved designs and technical specs.
• Quality Control & Testing: Perform and document field tests on materials (soil, cement, aggregates, bituminous mixes) to ensure adherence to MoRD/IRC guidelines.
• Surveying & Layout: Conduct site surveys, take levels (using Total Station/Leveling instruments), and set out alignments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), update site diaries, and maintain record drawings.
• Billing & Measurement: Prepare detailed measurements of work done and assist in preparing RA (Running Account) bills and contractors' invoices.
• Digital Data Management: Upload data in OMMAS (Online Management, Monitoring and Accounting System) and GeoSadak.
• Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, senior engineers, and local authorities to resolve site issues.

• Education: Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4+ years in site execution, preferably in road/highway projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IRC codes, road construction techniques, and material testing.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Communication: Proficiency in English and the local language (e.g., Hindi).

• Type: Contractual or permanent position with SRRDAs (State Rural Roads Development Agencies).
• Environment: Involves extensive field visits to rural, often remote, locations
