Business Development Manager - Enterprise IT Sales (EIM & S2P Solutions) - Middle EastLocation: BangaloreDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentReports to: Regional HeadPosition Overview- We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise technology sales in the Middle East.- This role requires a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, strong regional market knowledge, and the ability to develop relationships with C-level decision-makers across industries. The BDM will be responsible for expanding our footprint by winning new clients.Key Responsibilities- Sales & Revenue Growth- Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities across large enterprises and public sector organizations in the Middle East.- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.- Build long-term, trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement heads, and key decision-makers.- Reporting & Forecasting- Maintain accurate and timely pipeline data in CRM systems.- Provide regular market intelligence and sales performance updates to management.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree or related discipline.- 7+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on Middle East markets.- Strong experience selling into large enterprises, government, and regulated industries.- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, RFP/RFQ processes, and public sector procurement in the region.- Strong network of industry contacts across the Middle East.- Arabic language skills are an advantage.Key Skills & Competencies- Consultative, solution-based selling expertise.- Ability to articulate business value for complex technology solutions.- Strong relationship-building skills at executive and operational levels.- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.- Cultural adaptability and business acumen in the Middle East context (ref:updazz.com)
