Within Business Transformation, you'll work as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience related to AI consulting, helping client organisations to drive value.The opportunityWe're looking for an AI Senior Consultant specializing in Transformative AI solutions, with a strong understanding of the AI domain and the ability to recommend and develop the most suitable AI solutions for our business needs. This hybrid role blends business consulting expertise with hands-on AI solution development, enabling you to shape strategy and deliver impactful technical solutions.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a Business Consulting domain service offerings.Your key responsibilities

Collaborate across functions to embed AI capabilities into core platforms and processes, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and resilience
Evaluate and recommend leading AI tools, frameworks, and platforms aligned with client needs and industry best practices
Engage stakeholders effectively by capturing requirements, simplifying technical concepts, and delivering tailored AI solutions aligned with business objectives
Resolve AI challenges proactively through structured troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
Enable knowledge transfer by providing training, guidance, and best practices to internal teams on AI tools, methodologies, and governance
Provide thought leadership on ethical AI, governance, and compliance, embedding responsible AI principles and global standards into every engagement.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to expand AI capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients
Champion continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and performance metrics into AI solution design and deployment
Assess client objectives and business priorities to shape AI strategies that drive transformation and deliver measurable outcomes
Drive AI-led transformation by architecting and implementing innovative solutions that elevate operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value
Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to enable data-driven decision-making and accelerate business performance
Harness advanced analytics to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies that shape enterprise priorities

To qualify for the role, you must have.

4+ years of relevant experience in design, development and deployment of AI capabilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, or a related discipline
Relevant Certifications in AI and related areas
Familiarity or experience in Agentic AI configuration
Proven experience in both consulting/advisory and technical AI solution development.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning techniques, and algorithms.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and their applications in various industries
Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
Willing to travel onsite on client assignments
Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday working week and support MENA timings (11AM - 8.30 PM), as preferred (supporting Middle East Clients)
