Manage and control the overall functioning and supervision of the risk operations
Managing the Day to Day Risk, Monitoring and actioning as per the defined risk policy
Handling of all Risk related issues in terms of square off due to MTM, Circuit filters, Intraday or default
To manage, train and coach teams responsible for stockbroking risk operations
Interacting with clients for resolving queries/ reporting etc
Experience in handling Audit i.e Concurrent and Internal audit
Ensuring compliance requirements as per SEBI Regulations
Co-ordinating with RMS/OMS vendor to resolve system issues
Work with data to help grow the business through interventions on product and technology
Responsible for management of business reporting and any ad hoc reporting from time to time
Collaboration with internal teams- product, business finance, customer service, etc to monitor and manage the risk category daily
Write requirements and SOPs for each customer touchpoint and monitor performance against the same

The ideal candidate for this role should:

Preferably an MBA/CA having minimum 10 years of work experience in stockbroking and risk Operations with 5+years as team lead
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel
Deep understanding of stockbroking business, experience in equity, derivatives, currency, commodities - risk, operations
Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively, strong bias for execution and customer first approach
Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment
Be able to create and own the processes on their own
