- Install, configure, and commission engineering equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, etc.)
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions with minimal downtime.
- Repair or replace defective components and systems as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
- Document service reports, maintenance logs, and customer interactions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, logistics) for spare parts and technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols during all service activities.
- Travel to customer sites as required for on-site service and support.
- Strong understanding of engineering equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Valid driver’s license (if field service is required).
