Job Purpose:Manager Infra (Compute & Storage) is responsible for overseeing compute and storage infrastructure across assigned geographical clusters or functional areas. The role ensures consistent performance, availability, and efficiency of infrastructure operations within their scope, aligning with overall enterprise IT standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of servers, virtualization, and storage systems within assigned region or plantsEnsure backup, recovery, patching, and capacity planning are executed effectivelyCollaborate with central teams to enforce security standards and infrastructure policiesTroubleshoot issues and coordinate incident resolution to minimize downtimeSupervise local infrastructure teams or support partnersContribute to infrastructure upgrades and standardization efforts across sitesRequirements:Bachelors degree in CS/IT68 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration rolesHands-on experience with compute (VMs/Hypervisors), storage (SAN/NAS), and backup systemsFamiliarity with ITIL practices and infrastructure monitoring toolsStrong coordination and communication skills for managing distributed teams
