Associate must have 5-8 years experience in Platform Administration & Governance• Manage Power Platform environments, security roles, DLP policies, and connectors.• Define and enforce governance policies and best practices.• Monitor platform usage, performance, and license consumption.• Coordinate platform updates and manage ALM processes.App Development & Support• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate flows.• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app performance, data integration, and user experience.• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.Key Skills in Development:• Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps• Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Instant Flows, Scheduled Flows)• Microsoft Dataverse• SharePoint integration• Role-based security and user access control• Solution packaging and deployment• Basic understanding of JSON, expressions, and formulas in Power FxCollaboration & Enablement• Work closely with business stakeholders, citizen developers, and IT teams.• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for users and makers.• Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and recommend improvements.
