Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email & walk-ins
Explain courses, fee structure & career paths in implantology
Maintain lead records and follow-up status in CRM
Assist with documentation, orientation & onboarding
Represent the academy at dental colleges & industry events
Work closely with the marketing & training teams

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree (BDS preferred)
Must be based in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula
Strong communication & counselling skills
CRM knowledge and MS Office proficiency
Prior experience in admissions, healthcare, or dental education
