As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing brand visibility. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Mandatory)- Proven 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the creative industry. (Freshers can also apply).- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively present ideas.- Ability to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive successful deals.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.- Familiarity with the advertising, film, or animation industry is a plus.- Excellent organizational, planning, and management skills and adherence to a schedule- Self-motivated and result-oriented. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn- Understanding any of the CRM and Marketing tools knowledge (Preferable)- Understanding any of the SEO or SEM tools knowledge- Interest in storytelling, advertising, animation, digital marketing, and brands.Responsibilities :- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitch proposals to showcase our services and capabilities to potential clients.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and Vivi5 Studios.- Work on the online and offline brand positioning which includes handling the studio's digital platforms and making best use of physical and virtual events.
