- Execution of strategic bid process from start to finish for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals - ensuring delivery is timely, accurate, and aligned with client expectations
- Act as the global bid lead for assigned opportunities, coordinating across Sales, Proposal Writers, Analysts, Pricing, Legal, and Solution SMEs to build compelling, client-ready responses
- Engage directly with State-side Sales Leaders to understand deal context, tailor messaging, and ensure proposals reflect the solution's value and differentiation
- Manage bid timelines and dependencies, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and escalating where needed
- Ensure compliance and consistency across all deliverable structures, branding, tone, and governance
- Leverage existing content libraries and templates to accelerate proposal development while maintaining quality
- Contribute to process improvements, including feedback loops, content reuse strategies, and documentation of lessons learned
- Be able to manage and lead a high performing team
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, presales, bid management, proposal development, or sales operations
- Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and RFP/RFI workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce Go
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; working knowledge of Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proven excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- APMP CF certification or similar certification
- Experience in US healthcare
- Exposure to proposal automation tools or content management systems
- Proven ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, persuasive client-facing narratives
