  • Support management in the execution of IRR standards for Large Exposure Returns in scope of PRA Workstreams.
  • Support where required the successful remediation of the COR002 (COREP Large Exposures) return issue closures.
  • Support Data Issue remediation, respond to Request for Information (RFIs) for the Monitorship, Assurance and Audit in line with management requests
  • Act as trusted advisor on - adjustments remediation, data quality remediation, data lineage mapping, data controls and process mapping
  • Cost, time, scope and prioritisation awareness of in scope PRA Risk Types
  • Review of detailed planned milestones monitoring and reporting
  • Provide guidance and support for inquiries related to the process and act as Finance SME for the Large Exposures process
  • Identify opportunities to integrate and optimise IRR-PRA BoW deliverables with other Finance Change Programmes Book of Work (BoW)
  • Support the drive for consistency and synergies across accountable PRA workstreams
  • Support the consolidation of PRA workstream updates for Senior Management governance papers when required
  • The role also requires knowledge of and experience with a broad range of regulatory reporting
Requirements
  • Experience of Finance and / or regulatory reporting execution and delivery
  • Understanding of reporting processes and systems
  • Strong documentation skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in the delivery of change with excellent business analysis capabilities and a track record of
  • successfully being involved in complex change projects with cross functional impacts and dependencies
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology
  • Drive, motivation and commitment
  • Understanding of HSBC group structures, values, behaviours, processes and objectives
  • Good knowledge of the external regulatory reporting environment
  • Understanding of the HSBC operating model at Group, country and business level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple outputs at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven experience of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group in a complex global environment
  • Able to operate effectively under pressure and navigate ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
