  • Main focus to apply the tech strategy for Logistics and Trading in the Indian market
  • Plan, Build and Run your solution to meet the Tech strategy and business requirements
  • Drive clarity on priorities
  • Ensure project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and costs
  • Ensure accurate requirements gathering
  • Produce Business Requirement Documents and design functional specifications and/or configurations toolkits for solutions/applications (ERP services mainly) to support the business processes (implementation and/or change)
  • Work effectively and productively with technical and functional resources
  • Review technical specifications produced to meet your functional designs
  • Assist other teams in developing solutions/application architecture
  • Create and execute test plans to ensure that the functional and business requirements are met by the provided solution
  • Understand and apply the system development lifecycle
  • Communicate at relevant frequency key metrics on your projects
  • Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships
  • Be perfect partner for your stakeholders
  • Understand key performance metrics for your area of interest - analyse data to discover opportunities for improvement
  • Train super users/end-users on established programs
  • Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects/scope assigned
  • Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users
