At least working for more than two years in the current organization.Role & Responsibility: Oversee and manage sales operations for individual branches, focusing on home loans for rural housing. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize market penetration in rural
areas. Mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to
drive performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and
innovation. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the
customer experience. Prepare regular reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in sales management, specifically in home loans or mortgage-
related roles. Proven track record of success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets. In-depth knowledge of the rural housing market, including market trends, regulations, and customer
preferences. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively.Job requirements
