Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong Account Mining Enabler with Zero to 1.5 years of experience to support revenue growth and relationship expansion within strategic client accounts. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate from IIM / Premium Business School, with strong business acumen and an interest in account intelligence, opportunity identification, and client growth strategies.
The role focuses on enabling account managers and sales teams by identifying crosssell, upsell, whitespace, and new opportunity areas, supporting account planning activities, and driving mining initiatives across existing accounts.Key Responsibilities
Support account mining and account expansion initiatives across strategic and key client accounts
Analyze existing account data to identify revenue leakage, whitespace opportunities, and growth areas
Assist in development and maintenance of account plans, account maps, and opportunity pipelines
Work with account managers to identify crosssell and upsell opportunities across services and solutions
Conduct client, industry, and competitor research to support account strategy and positioning
Track account performance metrics including revenue, pipeline, win rates, and deal conversions
Support preparation of client presentations, growth proposals, pursuit decks, and executive briefs
Collaborate with sales, delivery, presales, and marketing teams to enable integrated account growth efforts
Maintain and update CRM systems with opportunity details, account insights, and mining actions
Support governance activities such as account reviews, QBRs, deal reviews, and pipeline callsRequired Skills & Qualifications
MBA from IIM or equivalent premier management institute
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline
Zero to 1.5 year of experience in account management support, sales enablement, business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles
Strong understanding of IT services, consulting, or enterprise solution sales models
Ability to analyze account, financial, and pipeline data to derive actionable insights
Exposure to account mining concepts, crosssell/upsell strategies, and account planning frameworks
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and structured thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent), Excel, and presentation tools
