Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to analyze product functionality, performance trends, and test hypotheses to contribute to go-to-market strategies.
Aid in developing product feedback processes and participate in conducting market research and customer interviews.
Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product release timelines effectively with sales teams.
Work alongside the development team to implement new features, as well as troubleshoot existing ones.
Generate reporting and dashboards to analyze and track campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities for our small business customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Aspiring to transition into product management.
Possession of a product management course certification.
Available for a full-time position with a minimum commitment of 1 year.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
