Our open-first Agentic AI platform empowers autonomous agents to drive real outcomes with speed, accountability, and precision.We are laser-focused on delivering real value to our customers by accelerating innovation and the application of applying agentic AI in digital service and operations management for IT organizations around the world.Sr BMC Helix ITSM DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced BMC Helix ITSM and AR System Developer with a strong background in Digital Workplace Advanced workflow designer, Helix Innovation Suite, CMDB/Asset Management, Helix Dashboards. This role will involve approximately 80% hands-on development work and 20 % administration and support. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and enhancing our existing BMC Helix ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain solutions within BMC Helix ITSM, AR System, and Innovation Suite applications.
Develop workflows and service catalog items using Digital Workplace Advanced (DWP-A) and Workflow Designer.
Design, Develop, Configure and enhance CMDB and Asset Management modules, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITIL standards.
Create dashboards and reporting using BMC Helix Dashboards.
Design, develop SQL queries and execute per business requirement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate BMC Helix ITSM with third-party systems using REST APIs, Web Services, and other standard methods.
Perform system administration tasks including user management, access controls, health checks, upgrades, and patching.
Provide technical leadership on best practices in BMC Helix development and administration.
Document solutions, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM and AR System development.
Strong knowledge and development experience with Digital Workplace Advanced workflow Designer.
Strong development experience in Helix Innovation Studio / Innovation Suite application development.
Strong knowledge and implementation experience with CMDB and Asset Management.
Proficient with BMC Helix Dashboards for reporting and visualization.
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries or script per business requirement
Experience designing and implementing integrations between BMC Helix and external systems using REST API, SOAP, or middleware.
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks (ITIL V3/V4 preferred).
Good scripting and troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to enterprise AI initiatives, including integration of AI services into workflows. Understanding of responsible AI practices/tools including Helix GPT

Nice-to-Haves:

BMC Certifications in ITSM, DWP, or Innovation Studio.
Exposure to cloud-based deployments and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, helm etc).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in DevOps environments.
Experience with automation tools or orchestration frameworks ( Jenkins etc.).
Experience with scripting language ( Bash/Python/Java Script)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment.
