• Database Management:
• Install, configure, and upgrade PostgreSQL database servers and related applications.
• Design and implement database schemas tailored to ERP requirements.

• Expertise in working with popular DBMS platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL (preferred), or MongoDB.
• Data Integration (SSIS):

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple systems.
• Performance Tuning:
• Analyze and optimize database performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Conduct regular reviews and enhance SSIS packages and SSRS reports for efficiency.
• Security and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain database security protocols, including user account management and data encryption.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational integrity.
• Develop and manage backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss.
• Perform regular data backups and conduct recovery tests to validate backup policies.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with IT and development teams to integrate ERP systems with other applications.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding database functionalities.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, procedures, and policies.

• Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a focus on PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience managing databases within ERP systems is highly desirable.
